Some time after Pirika has left for school, Beat finds a sandwich bag and wraps one of the macarons he has with it. He props it on her bed with a sticky note that reads:
You know, it ain't half bad having you as a sorta sister. You kinda remind me of my own sis. This ain't really from me and it ain't much but I figured you can have it anyway.
